The number of pattern circles is 18, the pattern saturation is 88.3%, and the design of heat sink is added to the tire shoulder. Construction design: The tread adopts double composite structure, the body adopts 3+9+15×0.225HT steel cord, the belting layer adopts 4-layer design, the 1~# belting layer adopts 3+9+15× 0.15HT steel cord, and the 2~# and 3~# belting layer adopts 3+9+15×0.225HT steel cord. 4~# belt layer adopts 3×7×0.20HE steel cord; It is formed by a single method with two drum forming machine and vulcanized by a double mold hot plate vulcanizing machine. The test results of the finished tire show that the size, strength, high speed and durability of the tire can meet the requirements of the corresponding design and national standards
