What Makes This Crane Special

1. Built to Last

We use high-strength Q690 steel for the main boom and frame. It's strong but not too heavy. This means it can handle heavy loads day after day without wearing out quickly.

2. Smooth Hydraulics

The hydraulic system is smart. It adjusts to how much you're lifting. That makes movements smooth and saves fuel – up to 15% less than older systems.

3. Easy to Operate Safely

The crane has a built-in system that watches how much you're lifting. It warns you if you're trying to lift too much. Other helpful features:

  • Stops automatically if you try to lift more than it can handle
  • Shows the boom angle and length at all times
  • Checks if the stabilizing legs are set properly
  • Can send data to mechanics for easy troubleshooting

4. Comfortable for Operators

The cab is designed for long days. The seat adjusts, there's climate control, and it's quiet (less than 75 decibels). You can see all around with the camera system, and the steps are non-slip for safety.

5. Works with Our Other Equipment

This crane plays well with our other machines. It pairs perfectly with our earth moving machinery and aerial work platform GF models. That means you can handle more parts of a job with equipment that works together.

How to Operate It

Follow these steps to use the crane safely and get the most out of it:

  1. Check Before You Start
    • Make sure all fluids are at the right levels (oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, fuel)
    • Check tires for proper pressure and wear
    • Look for leaks or damage in the hydraulic hoses
    • Test all safety devices and controls
    • Check the weather – don't operate in dangerous conditions
  2. Set Up the Site
    • Park on flat, firm ground with plenty of space
    • Extend the stabilizing legs and set the pads to keep it steady
    • Use the level indicator to make sure it's perfectly flat
    • Clear the area of people and obstacles
    • Put up barriers to keep others away during operation
  3. Get Ready to Lift
    • Start the engine and let it warm up
    • Turn on the hydraulic system using the PTO
    • Test all movements at slow speed first
    • Choose the right mode for what you're lifting
    • Tell the system how much weight you're lifting
  4. Do the Lifting
    • Use the right attachment for the load
    • Lift the load a little (about 30cm) to check balance
    • Move smoothly – no sudden starts or stops
    • Keep talking with people on the ground
    • Watch the load monitor the whole time
  5. Finish Up
    • Put the boom back and retract the stabilizing legs
    • Shut down the hydraulics and engine properly
    • Secure any loose parts
    • Clean off dirt and debris
    • Write down how it performed in the log book
